Brief

The project was to replace existing corroded pipework throughout the campus that was installed over 60 years ago, the project manager in charge of the installation was Ray Conchie who had helped to install the original pipework some 60 years ago when he was an apprentice!

The project was carried out in stages mainly during the half term & summer breaks as not to disrupt classes and the overall ambiance of the campus, it took sixteen weeks in all to strip out old pipework and install both 125 & 200mm insulated pipework.
