For this project, we worked closely with our client, National Express, to provide an upgrade to their travel shop in Birmingham. The aim of the project was to create a larger, more centrally located, and higher specification flagship store.
The works undertaken by our specialist team included:
⮑ A complete strip out, front and back of house
⮑ A new ground floor layout which would incorporate the new sales area and office
⮑ The sales area was fitted out with 4no. staffed desks and a swift desk which allows customers to update their travel cards electronically via tablets and a card payment system.
⮑ The entire premises were re-wired electrically including new distribution boards and a new data system, to provide customer information to the 6no. LED monitors in the sales area.
